During the eight course sessions, we will address many important topics (including fundamentals of ADHD, symptomatology in women, dealing with emotions, rejection and criticism, the role of hormones in ADHD, and the impact on personal relationships).
In addition to providing a more comprehensive understanding of the topic, the course also offers you the opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges, share experiences, and learn from each other.
